The first escalator in Iran
The group is founded in Tehran and enters the escalator industry — becoming the first manufacturer of escalators in Iran. Vertical transport has been the group’s core engineering DNA ever since.
From escalators to elevators
Almas Vista Javid Company extends the group’s vertical transport capability into escalators, moving walkways and elevators — serving airports, railways, metro systems and municipalities.
Companies across borders
Sazinkar Company (Karaj) adds import, export and customs clearance. Schneider Armenia (Yerevan) adds elevator, escalator and spare-parts manufacturing. Fathi Energy Company takes on renewables and industrial investment.

Alseeb becomes home
FATHI Group Holding establishes its headquarters in Alseeb, Sultanate of Oman. Elseab Company in Muscat aligns electric vehicle and solar deployment with Oman Vision 2040 — and the group’s motors division becomes its flagship.
